We are looking to recruit volunteers to take part in the exciting work that CALL does. Volunteering can bring many benefits, and gives you the chance to put something back into the community in which you live. The following information will give you some more details.

What do volunteers at CALL do?
CALL's dedicated volunteers offer assistance to empower the people of Lincolnshire working within existing teams in the county
CALL works with disabled and disadvantaged people to enable them to get the outcome they require.
Volunteers carry out one to one work to help people get through problems or difficult times by assisting them to look at life choices they have and to help them speak up for themselves.
Volunteers can also carry out group work if appropriate.
Volunteers will need to have an enhanced CRB check.
We also need volunteers for work other than direct advocacy such as marketing, admin, befriending etc.
What skills do CALL need in a volunteer?
- Excellent communication skills and good at working with people.
- Good written English as reports and files will need to be written and kept up to date.
